Our 7-foot tall cast iron lamp post is ideal for use in gardens, illuminating driveways or even at entrances. Supplied with a complimentary dusk till dawn bulb (do a page on energy usage and details on the free bulb) which is energy efficient, this lamp post set is ideal for illuminating radius' of up to 20metres with ambient light and also for use with LED or incandescent bulbs. The post is supplied with full ground anchoring kit, more information and pictures on the straightforward installation process can be found here, and also an inspection chamber with a removable panel.

This lamp post is very heavy and robust, requiring two men to lift once assembled. We do have pictures from some of our previous customers demonstrating how and where the lamp post can be used within the garden, for ideas and inspiration here.

As with all Garden Ironwork, it's important a solid gauge or metal is used, for peace of mind, this set is supplied with a 10-year structural guarantee, subject to proper use. The post is also available in mini and larger versions. The post is finished in a hardy RAL 9004 Signal Black. Examples of this post can be found at Coombe Abbey & the Imperial War Museum.

The lantern is glazed with a high-grade acrylic glass which provides superb transparency and incredible strength.

The post can be customised in colour and height when matching to existing pre-installed lamp posts. The post is also suitable for use with PIR motion detectors, details of which can be found here.
