Distinctive in design, the 2.7m Belgravia is the perfect way to light up your exterior due to its brilliant illumination and beautiful craftsmanship.

The Belgravia lamp post was first used in the 1830s, with Thomas and William Cubitt designing a new development in London called Belgravia. In the development they built new road surfaces and lamp posts.

This design follows the same construction of those that line the streets in Belgravia and with its unique apex this lamp post is certainly one of a kind.

The 2.5m Belgravia lamp post possesses a cast iron base, which also features a traditional leaf motif.

Its steel post also had cast iron ladder bars to enhance its Victorian appearance. The exquisite globe lantern has a clear glass pane to allow for excellent illumination.

Around the outside of the lantern are solid brass supports and its apex features a circular centrepiece to top off this distinctive lamp post.

Please note that the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

We may rely on local works to supply or create certain items, and this can at times, cause unexpected delays which are outside of our control. Any potential delay will be advertised with an approximate lead time on our website. Failing this, our customer service team will be in touch at the earliest opportunity to advise on any delays or alternatives that are immediately available.

Everything you need to know
How much does it cost to run a lamp post in your garden?

Typically, if running an energy efficient 6watt LED bulb for 10 hours per day, the running cost would be approximately £2.65 per year.

Do I require planning permission to install a Lamp Post in my garden?

Generally, this lamp post would be classed as a 'minor domestic light fitting' and would not require planning permission. Generally speaking, lamp posts are designed to deflect light downwards in order to avoid neighbour disturbance. Where lamp posts are fitted with PIR motion detectors, it's important to make sure they are not continuously triggered by bushes or trees, which may cause a nuisance. Where in doubt, just contact your local planning office.

Does this lamp post have to be attached to mains electricity?

Yes, this lamp post is designed to be connected to a mains supply, which is normally run via armoured cable by an electrician. The installation process is very straightforward for any tradesperson.
