Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally directly, but we welcome
collections by your own courier or delivery to a UK-based freight forwarder.
Once collected or delivered to your forwarder, English Lamp Posts is no longer
responsible for the goods, and we cannot accept returns or refunds for transit
damage. Customers are responsible for all local duties, customs, and import
legislation compliance.

Can I see your products in person

Yes, you can view our products within our showrooms in Oswestry. While we have a vast collection on display, we recommend contacting us in advance if you wish to view a specific item. This allows us to confirm its availability before your visit.

Do you offer an installation service?

We do not offer a direct installation service. However, to help you get set up, we have created a comprehensive Installation Guide sthat walk you through the process step-by-step.

Showrooms

Take a step into Shropshire’s heartland and be amazed by our scrumptious cafe, scintillating sculptures and our eclectic showroom, where you can get hands-on with the lamp posts, garden wall lights and garden goods you see throughout the site. 

We are situated near the town of Oswestry and are certainly dog-friendly. There is a variety of trails to tire yourself and your four-legged friends out.

From metalwork to kitchen accessories, our bustling showroom will certainly have something for everyone! There are plenty of quirky and wonderful items placed around our eclectic showroom and it certainly pays homage to the arts and crafts sector.

We always like to put our own spin on things here and you will certainly see as you walk through the array of products.

The lighting ranges that are shown on the website are dotted across the 70 acres of land. If you would like to get up close with a desired design before purchasing, you can contact the customer service team to arrange a visit.

Please note that our displays are constantly updated. If there is a specific design that you would like to see at the centre, then please give us a call so that we can advise further with regards to stock and getting the product prepared for viewing.

Cafe

ur amazing site also has a cafe situated inside with the option for some al fresco dining on our terraced space to really make the most of those sunny days. The ‘Forge Cafe’ is a brilliant space to stop and refuel whilst you take in the vast and fascinating sculptures, as well as our diverse showroom.

Our cafe offers a variety of cold and warm drinks such as teas, a wide range of coffees and alcoholic beverages. You will also get the opportunity to feast your eyes on our scrumptious cake cabinet, which is baked freshly every day by our skilled baker.

We also have a breakfast serving which offers you the opportunity to try our bustling full English to fresh fruit. After that, you can tuck into our lunch menu, which features some chef’s specials, and it will certainly keep you fuelled up throughout your visit.

There is also a children's menu as well as vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten-free options, meaning there will always be something for everyone!

If you are looking for something extra special, we also offer an ‘Afternoon Tea Experience’, which is one that always goes down well with our customers. You can find out more information about afternoon teas by contacting our customer service team.

Sculptures

Not only are we lighting specialists, but we are also renowned for brilliant artistic sculptures, which have been crafted by artists from across the globe. All of our sculptures are also manufactured from recycled materials to not only provide these spectacular ‘WOW’ moments but also remain environmentally conscious.

With over 90 acres of land, there are plenty of trails to keep you busy all day long, and you will be able to see nationally renowned pieces such as the Knife Angel and the Manchester Bee. 

Please be aware that various sculptures tour around the UK. Therefore, if you would like to see a specific sculpture, please get in contact to ensure that the piece is there when you visit!

Entry Fees

Adult day passes cost £14 per person, which allows a child free entry per paying adult. Any additional children will be charged £5. The entry fee covers access to all our indoor and outdoor areas. A parking fee of £4 per vehicle always applies.

Concession day visitor passes are also available at £10 per person, which is valid Tuesday to Friday. You can book tickets by contacting customer services
